ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that the delay of 16 days has occasioned owing to the reason that the considerable time was wasted in taking the legal advice for challenging the impugned judgment and award. He further submitted that the delay is neither intentional nor malafide but has occasioned owing to the reasons stated in Paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the application.
3. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, in my considered view, that the delay has been sufficiently explained and therefore, the same is deserved to be condoned and accordingly, the delay is condoned. No order as to costs.
