ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants, submitted that the delay of 107 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 31.01.2025 passed in MACP No.493/2019. He further submitted that owing to the poverty of the applicants, as the applicants could not arrange the finance for payment of Court fee and other expenses. Therefore, the delay of 107 days has occasioned.
3. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants, I am of the considered view that the delay has been properly explained. Therefore, the same is deserved to be condoned and hence, accordingly, the application is allowed. No order as to costs.
