ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants, submitted that the delay of 66 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 11.03.2025 passed in MACT (Aux.) No.589/2019. He further submitted that owing to the financial crisis, the applicants could not prefer the appeal within the period of limitation. He further submitted that they could manage the finance only after when the learned Tribunal has disbursed the amount of compensation.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the present case, the delay is condoned. No order as to costs.
