ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that the appeal could not be preferred within the period of limitation, as the applicant could not arrange the necessary finance for paying the Court fee and other expenses. He further submitted that in arranging the money for preferring the appeal, a delay of 158 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 09.10.2024 passed in MACP No.112/2015.
3. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the considered view that the delay has been sufficiently explained, therefore the delay is condoned. No order as to costs.
