ORAL ORDER
Learned advocate for the petitioner places on record copy of judgment delivered in Criminal Case No.40751 of 2015 and submits that trial against other accused has been completed and they are convicted for the offence punishable u/s 138 of the NI Act. However, the present petitioner since had expired during pendency of trial, trial against him was ordered to be abated.
Taking the copy of the judgment on record, present petition stands disposed of as abated. Rule discharged. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
