ORAL ORDER
1. The present application has been preferred for seeking condonation of delay of 117 days in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 31.07.2018, passed in MACP No. 494 of 2014.
2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.
3. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the delay of 117 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal owing to the reasons as stated in para-5 of the application. He further submitted that the insurance company has also filed the First Appeal no.2626 of 2019.

MST. Katiji & Ors. [AIR 1987 SC 1353], this Court is satisfied that the delay has sufficiently been explained, therefore, the same deserves to be allowed.
5. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and delay is condoned. No order as to costs.
