1. The present application is filed by the applicant for following reliefs:-
"(a) Your Lordships may be pleased to prosecute and punish the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971, for committing Civil Contempt by willfully disobeying the judgment and order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Special Civil Application No.22661 of 2019 decided on 09.09.2022 (Annexure-A).

2. This Court had initially issued notice however pending the application, it appears that the order, compliance of which was prayed for was subject matter of challenge in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1009 of 2025 with cognate applications, which was filed by the State and by the order dated 12.08.2025 in the aforesaid LPA, the judgment and order dated 09.09.2022 in the writ petition stands quashed and set aside. Therefore, there is no question of now compliance of such order.
3. The application therefore, stands disposed of. A copy of the order is supplied to the Court, which is taken on record.
