1. Learned advocate for the applicant upon instructions submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as the parties have already taken divorce by mutual consent placed on record. The judgment passed by the learned Family Court, Ahmedabad in Family Suit No.1077/2020. It is submitted that divorce has already been taken place. Thus, present revision application become infructuous.
2. Learned advocate for the respondent no.1 original wife has also submitted that the matter has been settled.
