                         CORAM:HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE J. C. DOSHI

                                                        Date : 01/09/2025

                                                         ORAL ORDER

When the matter was called out for hearing, none appeared on behalf of either party. The learned APP, however, has placed on record a certified copy of the judgment and order rendered in Criminal Case No. 25628 of 2019, whereby the learned 14th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vadodara, has acquitted the petitioners of the offences alleged against them. The said judgment and order is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid development, the substratum of the present petition no longer survives for adjudication. Ergo, the petition has rendered itself infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of as such.

Rule/Notice, if any, stands discharged. Interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
