ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the delay of 314 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 27.06.2024 passed in MACP No.483/2013. He further submitted that the sufficient time was consumed in obtaining the requisite certified copy and forwarding the same to the regional office of the insurance company for seeking necessary instructions for preferring the appeal. He further submitted that the delay is neither intentional nor malafide but has occasioned owing to the administrative reason as mentioned in para no.4 of the application.
