ORAL ORDER
1. By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent authority to consider his compliant made by him to the respondent authority.
2. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.
3. It appears that the applicant, without approaching the appropriate authority, has directly approached this Court.
4. In view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of M. Subramaniam vs. S. Janki, reported in (2020) 16 SCC 728, no case is made out to pass any order. However, it is open for the applicant to approach the appropriate forum. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
5. With the above direction, the application stands disposed of accordingly.
