1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the delay of 49 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 17.03.2025 passed by learned Tribunal (Auxiliary), Gandhidham in MACP No.89/2016. He further submitted that the delay has occasioned owing to the reasons that the sufficient time was consumed in taking the necessary instructions from the regional office of the insurance company to prefer the appeal. He further submitted that the delay is neither intentional nor malafide but has occasioned owing to the administrative reason.
3.
