Heard learned advocates for the parties.
Considering the averments made in the application and considering the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Collector Land Acquisition, Anantnag vs Mst. Katiji & Ors reported in 1987 AIR SC 1353, the present application deserves consideration as sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay of 166 days in preferring the captioned application. Delay is hereby condoned.
In view of the above, the present application is allowed.
