When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate, Ms. Ratna Vora appearing for the respondent no.2 has tendered copy of the judgment and order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gir Somnath, Veraval in Sessions Case No.67/2022 and submitted that pending this application, the trial has proceeded further and ultimately an order of acquittal has been passed, therefore, this application has become infructuous.
In view of the above development took place pending this application, learned advocate, Ms. Solanki does not press this application.
