ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the delay of 72 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award. She further submitted that the delay has occasioned owing to the administrative reason, as the sufficient time was consumed in obtaining the necessary instructions from the head office of the insurance company to prefer the appeal. She further submitted that the delay was attributed for non-receiving of the receipt of deposit of statutory amount. She further submitted that the delay is neither intentional nor malafide but has occasioned owing to the reason stated in the application.

3. The respondent nos.1 to 6 have been duly served but they have chosen not to appear before the Court, when the matter was called out.
4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and having regard to the grounds of delay pressed into service, in my considered view, constitutes a sufficient cause to condone the delay. Therefore, the delay is condoned and the present application stands allowed. No order as to costs.
