ORAL ORDER
1. The present first appeals are filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, by the appellant - original claimant assailing the judgment and award dated 24.04.2025 passed by learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), Ahmedabad in Land Reference Case No.253 of 2000.
2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Tejas Satta for the appellant and learned Assistant Government Pleaders for the Defendant - State.

However, the above referred aspect has not been considered by the learned Reference Court. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the claimants - appellant shall not claim any interest from the date of framing of issue Exh.9 till the filling of the present appeal i.e. 24.04.2025. Only on this limited question, the present appeal is filed. It is further contended that in the aforesaid background the matter may be remanded back to the learned Reference Court. The learned Reference Court shall decide the compensation within the period of 6 months from the date of copy of this order. No party shall be permitted to seek unnecessary adjournments and both the parties shall give full cooperation to the learned Reference Court in disposal of Land Reference Case within the aforesaid stipulated time.
