1. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. Though served, none appears for the respondent no.2.
2. This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 236 days caused in filing the captioned appeal on the ground of arrangement of court fees.
3. Learned Advocate for the respondent no.1, has objected the present application on the ground that the reason for delay is not explained by the applicant.
