1. Ms. Hetal Patel , learned Assistant Government Pleader has put in appearance on behalf of the State - Respondents.
2. The issue raised in the present petition is covered by the decision of this Court in the judgment and order dated 13.10.2025 passed in a group of Writ Petitions with the leading petition, being Special Civil Application No.4103 of 2025. 4. The present petition is accordingly allowed in the terms of the directions contained in the judgment and order dated 13.10.2025 passed in the aforesaid Writ Petitions, at the admission stage itself.
