The present application is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in preferring the application for Special Leave to Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 04.04.2025.
Learned advocate for the applicant has argued that the applicant has not aware about the present proceedings and only came to know about the impugned order lately, therefore, there was a delay of 89 days in preferring the present appeal.
Having heard learned advocate for the applicant and having considered the averments made in the application. Sufficient reasons have been stated in the application for not preferring the appeal within time.
In view of the same, the present application is allowed. Delay of 89 days is hereby condoned.
