ORAL ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the applicant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 21 days occurred in filing the first appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 26.02.2024 passed by the learned 6th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), Navrangpura in Land Acquisition Reference No.159 of 2002.
2. Considering the explanation offered in the application as well as submissions made by the learned advocate Mr.Mehta, this Court deems it fit to allow this application.
