ORAL ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the applicant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 154 days occurred in filing the first appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 08.04.2024 passed by the learned 6th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), Navrangpura in Land Acquisition Reference No.165 of 2002.
2. Learned advocate Mr.Aditya Pandya states at bar that he has no objection if this application is allowed.
3. Considering the explanation offered in the application, and consent given by the learned advocate Mr.Pandya, this Court deems it fit to allow this application.
4. Hence, this application is allowed. Delay of 154 days occurred in preferring the first appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
