ORDER IN R/CIVIL APPLICATION (FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY) NO. 3305 of 2024
1. This is an application filed by the applicant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 77 days occurred in filing the first appeal challenging the judgment dated 27.10.2023 and award dated 04.11.2023 passed by the learned 6th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), Navrangpura in Land Acquisition Reference No.130 of 2003.

3. Hence, this application is allowed. Delay of 77 days occurred in preferring the first appeal. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
CIVIL APPLICATION (FOR DIRECTION) NO. 1 of 2024 In R/CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3305 of 2024
1. Learned advocate Mr.Pandya states at bar that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the new administrator of the Temple namely Lalsingh Tejaji Vaghela.
2. Learned advocate Mr.Mehta submits that original owner of the property as per the cause title of the Land Acquisition Reference is administrator of the Radha Krishna Mandir, namely, Tejaji Vajesingh Vaghela. Learned advocate Mr.Mehta submits that on death of the administrator his son, namely, Lalsingh Tejaji Vaghela was appointed as a new administrator.
3. In view above, the application to replace the name of Lalsingh Tejaji Vaghela in place of Tejaji Vajesingh Vaghela is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.
4. Learned advocate Mr.Pandya shall file his vakalatnama with the Registy.
