Seeking condonation of delay of 14 days in preferring Civil Revision Application challenging judgment and order passed by learned Trial Court rejecting application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC mainly on the ground that applicant herein was out of country; in the facts of the case as well as considering smallness of delay without entering into merits of the case, delay caused in preferring Civil Revision Application is condoned.
