Ltd. vs. Union of India, reported in 2025 INSC 755, as well as the decisions of this Court in the cases of M/s. Dewas Soya Ltd. Vs. Union of India (Special Civil Application No.9090 of 2021, decided on 29.08.2024), M/s. Kandla Export Corporation & Ors. Vs. Union of India (order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Special Civil Application No.1884 of 2023), and M/s.Dhulatawala Exim Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India (order dated 30.01.2025 in Special Civil Application No.18262 of 2022).
