ORAL ORDER
1. Learned advocate Mr. V. K. Joshi, appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the prayer made herein has already been complied with, as recorded in the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court by way of CAV Judgment dated 07.09.2011 in Special Civil Application No. 7813 of 2010. 2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. It is clarified that nothing in respect of any subsequent event after the CAV Judgment dated 07.09.2011 in Special Civil Application No. 7813 of 2010 was argued by learned advocate Mr. Joshi, and therefore, the Court has not considered any submission other than the contentions raised in the petition concerning the grievance of the petitioner.
3. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Rule is discharged. There shall be no order as to costs.
