ORAL ORDER
1. The present application is filed to condone the delay of 75 days in preferring the captioned Criminal Appeal.
2. Learned advocate for the applicant states that the judgment was passed by the Additional Judicial Magistrate, Halol on 16.04.2025 and certified copy was applied on 18.04.2025 and a copy of record of Criminal Case No.1487 of 2021 was received by the applicant on 20.07.2025 and 14.08.2025 and therefore there was delay of 75 days.
3. Having heard learned advocate for the applicant, sufficient reasons have been stated in not filing the application within the period of limitation.
4. In view of the same, the present application is allowed and accordingly disposed of. The delay is hereby condoned.
