1. Heard learned advocate for the applicants. Though served, none appears for the respondents.

2. This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 211 days caused in filing of the captioned appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants shall not claim interest for a period of delay due to negligence on part of the applicants.

4. Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and considering the averments made in this application, more particularly para 7, as sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay and in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of N. Balakrishnan vs. N. Krishnamurthy, reported in AIR 1998 SUPREME COURT 3222, delay of 211 days as explained by the learned advocate for the applicant is considered. The application is accordingly allowed.
