1. Rule. By consent of the parties, rule is fixed forthwith. Learned APP Shriti Pathak waives service of rule.
2. Heard learned Advocate for the respective parties before this Court, they have already submitted affidavit on behalf of the complainant original respondent no.2, namely, Shree Jayanti Bhai H. Ahir before the Registry on 26th of September, 2025, however, the same is not appended alongwith the original papers.
3.
