1. By this application, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 19 days caused in preferring the captioned first appeal.
2. Ms Dimple A. Thaker, learned advocate for the applicant has made submissions along the lines of the averments made in the application. Necessary explanation, is provided in paragraph 4 of the application. It is urged that the delay is bona fide. It is submitted that after the judgment was passed on 05.04.2025, necessary steps were taken seeking approval and sanction from the offices concerned. After taking necessary approval, gathering information, preparing and finalization of the draft, the appeal could be filed. In the process, there occurred a delay of 19 days. It is urged that considering the delay and the quantum, the same, may be condoned.

4. Captioned application is seeking condonation of delay of 19 days caused in filing the appeal. Considering the submissions, the explanation, the averments made in paragraph 4 of the application so also the quantum of delay, this Court, is of the opinion that delay of 19 days caused in filing the captioned appeal deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned.
5. Civil application succeeds and is accordingly allowed. No order as to costs.
