1. This petition is filed seeking to direct respondent No. 3 to pronounce the judgment of Civil Miscellaneous Application
- DC No. 27 of 2024 filed under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
2. It is case of the petitioner that despite hearing of Civil Miscellaneous Application - DC No. 27 of 2024 filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, though considerable time has been passed, no order is passed.
