1. The challenge in the present petition is essentially to the validity of the provisions of the Gujarat Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 2020 read with the Rules made thereunder.
2. In view of the judgment and order dated 09.05.2024 passed in Special Civil Application No.2995 of 2021 wherein the validity of the Land Grabbing Act has already been upheld, the present petition stands dismissed.
