ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Sandip H Munjyasara for the petitioners and learned Advocate Mr. P. A. Jadeja for the respondents No.1 and 2.
2. By way of these petitions, the petitioners have challenged the judgment and order passed by the learned Gujarat Educational Institutions Services Tribunal, Ahmedabad, dated 16.10.2025 in Applications No. 57 and 58 of 2023.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned Advocates for the respective parties and the broad consensus arrived at by the learned Advocates, more particularly whereby the learned Advocates have requested this Court not to assign any reason for setting aside of the order and also to fix a particular timeline for the learned Tribunal to decide the applications in question afresh, the following directions are issued.

(i) The impugned order dated 16.10.2025 in Applications No. 57 and 58 of 2023, is hereby quashed and set aside.
(ii) The learned Tribunal shall decide the said applications afresh after affording appropriate opportunity to all parties by 28.02.2026, without fail.
(iii) All the parties are directed to cooperate with the learned Tribunal to ensure that the above timeline is strictly adhered to.
(iv) Furthermore, considering the controversy involved, at the outset, the learned Tribunal shall issue notice to the respondent No.3-Gujarat Technological University and whereas the GTU shall ensure appropriate representation before the Tribunal to answer the queries raised by the learned Tribunal.
4. With the above observations and directions, the present petitions stand disposed of as allowed. Consequently, the connected Civil Applications also stand disposed of.
5. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and the learned Tribunal shall decide the applications afresh without being influenced by the present order or the order dated 16.10.2025, albeit as noticed hereinabove after giving adequate opportunity to all parties.
