Learned advocate for the private respondents places on record judgment and order passed by the learned JMFC, Surat in Criminal Misc. Application No.257 of 2016, whereby domestic application was decided by the learned trial Court in favour of original petitioner Saheda Ahmed Patel and her minor daughter and various orders were passed against husband original opponent No.1 Ahmed Patel, who is petitioner before this Court, but has withdrawn the petition. The order of the learned trial Court on perusal indicates that argument was canvassed for and on behalf of the parties. However, the learned trial Court believed to pass the order against husband original opponent No.1 Ahmed Patel and did not pass order against any other party.
