ORAL ORDER
The present Second Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the Additional District Judge, Dwarka in Regular Civil Appeal no.45 of 2022 confirming the judgment and decree passed by Additional Civil Judge and JMFC Dwarka in Regular Civil Suit No.59 of 2005.
Learned advocate for the appellant Mr.Dhanesh Desai for learned advocate Mr.Kurven Desai for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present Second Appeal in view of the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties.
Permission as prayed for is granted. The present Second Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. In view of the disposal of the Second Appeal the Civil Application for stay does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of. Interim relief, if any stands vacated.
