ORAL ORDER
The present application has been filed to restore the F/Civil Application No.2551 of 2025 and F/Second Appeal No.2549 of 2025 to its original file. By an order dated 21.02.2025, this Court had given two weeks time to remove the office objections, failing which the matter shall be dismissed without any reference to the Court.
Learned advocate for the applicant has at paragraph No.2 to 5 has given sufficient reasons for not removing the office objections, one of the reasons mentioned is that the applicant could not be received the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 29.10.2018 passed in Special Civil Suit No.23 of 2017. In view of the same as sufficient reasons have been mentioned for not removing the office objections within prescribed limit of time, this application is allowed. The F/Civil Application No.2551 of 2025 and F/Second Appeal No.2549 of 2025 are restored to its original file. The applicant to remove the office objection within one week, failing which the matter shall be dismissed without any reference to the Court.
