1. It is reported that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are served through Speed Post, after issuing this rule by this Court under order dated 01.04.2025.

2. This application is filed for condoning the delay of 10 days caused in filing the present Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 03.12.2024 passed in Sessions Case 07 of 2020 by the Sessions Judge, Surendranagar.

3. Learned advocate for the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay in pleadings and delay of 10 days being not inordinate delay, the same may be condoned.
