Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Dixit, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondents - State.

Heard Ms. Anmol Ganwani, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Tejas P. Satta, learned advocate for the applicants.

At the outset, learned advocate has placed on record the case status details of the First Appeal no.2743 of 2023 and has submitted that against the same impugned judgment and award passed in cognate matter being LAR no.46 of 2004, the co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 30 th June, 2023 has Page 1 of 2 Uploaded by AMAR RATHOD(HC01074) on Thu May 08 2025 Downloaded on : Fri May 09 02:39:19 IST 2025 NEUTRAL CITATION C/CA/2365/2025 ORDER DATED: 06/05/2025 undefined condoned the delay of 436 days caused in preferring the appeal and thereafter vide common oral order dated 25 th July, 2023 has admitted the appeals.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present matter being forming part of the same group of matters and the impugned judgment and award proposed to be challenged in the captioned appeal, is pending consideration, this Court is inclined to exercise its discretion, as sufficient cause is made-out for condonation of delay.

Hence, the present application stands allowed. The delay caused in preferring the captioned appeal is hereby condoned. Rule made absolute.
