1. This application is filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of 01 day in preferring an appeal against the judgment and order dated 13.12.2024 passed in Sessions Case No.55 of 2021 by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Valsad at Vapi.
2. Considering the fact that the delay is only for 01 day and that the same has been explained by the applicant in para-5 and 6 of the application, the Court deems it fit to condone the delay as not being inordinate and has been explained.
