Heard the learned advocate Mr. Mrudul M. Barot for the applicant and further it is submitted by him that the present application has been preferred to condone the delay of 7 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application against the judgment passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Savarkundla in Criminal Misc. Application No.10 of 2024.

Further, from the application, it transpires that there was a delay in preferring this revision application because he has to meet the advocate for preferring the criminal revision application before the High Court of Gujarat and because of that, 7 days delay has been caused. Considering that the delay is unintentional, the delay caused is required to be condoned.
Considering this, the reason stated above is found to be genuine and satisfactory to this court. Delay is to be condoned.
Accordingly, the present application stands allowed. Delay of 7 days in preferring the criminal revision application is to be condoned.
Rule is made absolute.
