Today, when the matter is taken up, learned advocates for both the sides have filed a joint pursis, which is ordered to be taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid development, the present appeal would also stand infructuous in view of the final disposal of the Admiralty Suit itself in terms of the settlement agreement. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of.
In view of the order passed in O.J. Appeal No.5 of 2020, the Cross Objection also stands disposed of in terms.
Connected Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
