CORAM:HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HASMUKH D. SUTHAR

                                                           Date : 18/06/2025
                                                            ORAL ORDER

By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought for the direction directing the respondent No.2 to comply with the judgment and order rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. CBI and Anr. reported in (2022)10 SCC 51. Perusing the report dated 18.06.2025 of the Police Inspector, Dholka Police Station, which is taken on record, it appears that the investigating agency has followed the dictum laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (Supra) and even charge-sheet is filed.

In view of above, no case is made out to issue any direction in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the present petition is disposed of accordingly.
