1. When the matter is called out, none appears for the applicant.
2. By way of this application, the applicant prays for quashing and setting aside the judgment and order dated 30.03.2024 passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 61 of 2014 by the learned 13th Additional District and Sessions Judge, as well as the order dated 02.03.2024 passed in the warrant cancellation application directing the applicant to deposit ₹5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) by the learned5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Surat, in Criminal Case No. 14153 of 2018 under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
3. The application was filed on 25 th April, 2024. Till date, not a single appearance has been made by the learned advocate for the applicant.

Considering the documents on record and the concurrent findings, no perversity is noticed in the orders passed by the Courts below so as to warrant interference under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Even otherwise, the matter is at the stage of recording of evidence, and an alternate remedy is also available to the applicant. Therefore, no case is made out to pass any order. The application stands dismissed accordingly.
