Learned advocate Mr. Nisarg D. Shah stated that he has instructions from the original complainant to appear. The registry to accept the vakalatnama on behalf of the original complainant.

The present application has been preferred by the present applicant - original accused for condonation of delay of 81 days in preferring the revision application against the order and judgment passed by the learned 8 th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamnagar in Criminal Case No. 6180 of 2019 convicting the present accused under Section 138 of the Page 1 of 2 Uploaded by MR.JAIMIN CHANDRAKANTBHAI PRAJAPATI(HCD0066) on Tue Jun 10 2025 Downloaded on : Tue Jun 10 22:41:36 IST 2025 NEUTRAL CITATION R/CR.MA/10263/2025 ORDER DATED: 09/06/2025 undefined Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and against that, Criminal Appeal No.183 of 2022 before the learned 2 nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jamnagar dismissed the appeal and confirmed the judgment and order passed by the learned trial Court.

Learned advocate for the original complainant stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the original complainant is present through the video conferencing and when asked by the Court, the original complainant stated that he has no objection, if the delay is condoned.

Considering the averments made in the application, the reason given by the complainant for the delay is satisfactory to this Court. Hence, the present delay application is required to be allowed. The registry is directed to give criminal revision application number. After giving criminal revision application number, the matter be placed before this court on 11.06.2025.
