(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA) [1] This application is for condoning the delay of 98 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 21.09.2024 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Spl.), Rajkot in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.590 of 2013.

[2] Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant.

[3] Considering the averments made in the application and upon submission of learned advocate appearing for the applicant, the delay of 98 days in filing the appeal has been explained to the satisfaction of the Court. The delay condonation application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
