[2] This application is for condoning the delay of 73 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 05.11.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Borsad, District Anand in Family Suit No.1 of 2024.
[3] The wife, though served, has not chosen to enter appearance. It is therefore made clear that she would have no objection for condoning the delay.
