ORAL ORDER
1. Heard Ms.Simran Pahwa learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Dhaval D. Vyas, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms.Yukta Pandey for the respondents.
2. Ms.Simran Pahwa learned advocate for the petitioner, at the outset, submitted that the Division Bench of this Court has, in Letters Patent Appeal No.1107 of 2006 in Special Civil Application No.17404 of 2006, in respect of the same parties, already decided the issue and quashed and set aside one of the bills those are challenged by way of this petition.
3. According to Ms.Simran Pahwa learned advocate for the petitioner, in view of the judgment dated 6.2.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No.1107 of 2006 in Special Civil Application No.17404 of Page 1 of 2 Uploaded by V.J. However, she seeks liberty to make representation to the Dindayal Port Authority for seeking adjustment of the amount.
4. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.
5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to make the representation before the Dindayal Port Authority for the same purpose.
6. If any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the Dindayal Port Authority in accordance with law.
7. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
