At the outset, learned APP Mr. Sharma has submitted that during the pendency of the present proceeding, the trial has proceeded with, and ultimately, at the end of it, the respondent-original accused has been acquitted by the concerned trial court vide judgment and order dated 13.11.2024, a copy of which, is placed and ordered to be taken on record, and as such, he does not press this application and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This application is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
