2. The applicant has filed the present application for the following prayer :
"(A) That YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to grant and allow this Application recalling the Impugned Judgment & final order dated 13.08.2024 passed by this Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in R/Criminal Misc. Application (For Regular Chare Sheet) No.15466 of 2024 and adjudicating on merits."

4. In view of the above, as per the clear directions given by the Hon'ble Apex Court to file application afresh for regular bail, the present application for recall of Order dated 13.08.2024 passed by this Court, is not maintainable, and therefore, the present applicant is hereby dismissed.
