2. Ms. Heenaben Maheshbhai Tanna, respondent no. 2 has tendered affidavit of settlement.
3. In the affidavit, the respondent No. 2 i.e. Heenaben Maheshbhai Tanna, has stated that now the entire dispute has been settled between the parties herein and there remains no grievance between the deponent and the applicant. Respondent No.2 has no objection if the impugned judgment and order passed in Criminal Complaint No.42743 of 2021 passed by 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajkot, is quashed and set aside by this court with the consent.
4. The affidavit of the complainant-respondent No.2 is already taken on record.
