2. Mr. Kiranbhai Khodabhai Patel, respondent no. 2 has tendered affidavit of settlement.
3. In the affidavit, the respondent No. 2 i.e. Kiranbhai Khodabhai Patel, has stated that now the entire dispute has been settled between the parties herein and there remains no grievance between the deponent and the applicant. Respondent No.2 has no objection if the impugned judgment and order passed in Criminal Case No.7031 of 2022 passed by learned 8 th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mehsana, is quashed and set aside by this court with the consent.
4. The affidavit of the respondent No.2 is directed to be taken on record.
